- How long does the appointment take?
- Most visits take 45 to 60 minutes — enough time to see samples in your own light, measure every room, and agree on a price.
- Do you move furniture and remove the old floor?
- Yes. Furniture moving, old floor removal, and disposal are quoted upfront so the number you see is the number you pay.
- How soon can you install?
- Select in-stock products can be installed as soon as the next day. Special orders typically arrive within one to two weeks.
